The FulTank card can be used at any fuel station across South Africa.

R100 once-off issuing fee, R50 per top-up, and R25 PIN reset fee. There are no monthly fees.

The minimum load is R100, and the maximum load per card is R25,000.

Yes. The card is chip-enabled, PIN protected, and only works at fuel merchants, ensuring high security.

To check your balance:
• Click on "Check Balance".
• Select your FuelCentral card.
• Enter your 16-digit card number (front) OR 15-digit tracking number (back).
• If you used the front number, you’ll be prompted for the last 6 digits of the back tracking number (and vice versa).
• Click "View Balance" to see your funds.

More actions once logged in: View card transactions, set up SMS alerts (R1.50 per SMS), block your card, or transfer funds between cards.

Payments into your FulTank profile follow these rules:

• Payments need to be made before 3pm on any weekday to reflect the next morning at 8am.
• Avoid making payments on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays as these will only reflect the following business day.
• If you miss the 3pm deadline, the funds will not reflect the next day.
• Paying using “Instant Clear” does not speed up the deposit process.
• Always use your 16-digit card number (Front) as the only reference when making a payment.
• Failure to quote the correct reference number will result in a delay in processing.

Note: All top-ups (first-time and ongoing) may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your card. We are working on improving processing times. To avoid delays, always send proof of payment to payments@fultank.co.za and use your 16-digit card number as the payment reference.

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we verify proof of payment before loading funds to your card.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Deliveries within 20km of Pretoria are free, while outside Gauteng a R100 courier fee applies.

Yes, if you are within 20km and we receive proof of payment before 14:00 (Mon–Thu). Payments made on Friday are delivered on Monday. No deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays.

Yes. With our Family Pack option, you can get cards for yourself and family members. Each card can be loaded with any amount you choose.

No, FulTank cards are available for both personal and business use.

No, your funds never expire. If your card itself expires, you can simply order a replacement card and transfer your balance to the new one.

No, the FulTank card cannot be used for online purchases or ATM withdrawals. It only works when you purchase fuel at fuel stations.

Common reasons for a decline include:
• The card has not been linked to your profile or activated.
• Funds have not been allocated from your wallet to the card.
• You’ve exceeded the monthly limit of 80 swipes.
• Too many incorrect PIN attempts.

You can load your card via EFT or bank transfer at no extra cost. We are also working on adding more convenient loading options soon.
