FulTank Shipping Explained

All FulTank prepaid fuel cards are delivered via registered courier or postal service across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but are generally between 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Top-ups and balance reloads are processed digitally and instantly linked to your card once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation of your successful top-up.

Standard delivery fees may apply for issuing or replacement of cards. Any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of order or replacement request.

If your card is lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist in tracking the delivery or arranging for a replacement card. Please note replacement card fees may apply.

At present, FulTank only ships cards within South Africa. We do not offer international delivery of physical cards. Digital top-up services, however, may be accessed globally as long as your card account is active.
