By visiting our site and/or applying for a FulTank card, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

The FulTank card is strictly limited to fuel purchases at all South African fuel stations. The card cannot be used for cash withdrawals or non-fuel items. Any misuse of the card may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

Applicable fees may include a once-off issuing fee, top-up charges, replacement fees, and PIN reset fees. All charges are outlined transparently in our pricing policy, which may be updated from time to time.

FulTank is not responsible for unauthorised card use in the event of loss or theft. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to safeguard their PIN and report any issues promptly. FulTank reserves the right to block or suspend a card suspected of fraudulent or unlawful use.

We strive to ensure that information provided on our website and services is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use the FulTank card, website, or services for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, or in ways that may harm FulTank, other customers, or third parties. We reserve the right to terminate access if these conditions are violated.

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with these Terms or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
